Efeti's dream is to be an automotive engineer but her parents and society feel she is not suited for the job. What is expected of her is to study hard and find a job that best suits a 'Girl'.

Gender stereotypes directly affects individual expression and limits access to opportunities. This mostly begins from the home and branches off to the society- where opportunities, knowledge, and resources are open to one gender and restricted to the other.
